Hi, I’m Sarah! Like many of you, I’m a "transplant" who fell in love with Prescott’s unique charm and stayed to build a life here. As a seasoned real estate advisor, my job is to help families find their place in this community—but my mission is to ensure this community remains a vibrant, self-sustaining home where our children can truly thrive.
I’m a firm believer in the power of women supporting women and neighbors supporting neighbors. This belief sparked With Purpose AZ, a network designed to bring our community together through high-impact, hyper-local events. My goal is to cut through the "red tape" and ensure our resources stay right here in OUR town—supporting our parks, our small businesses, and our future leaders.
Whether it’s seeing young entrepreneurs find their confidence at our "Kids With Purpose" markets or watching women connect at the "Bloom & Borrow Brunch," I am passionate about creating platforms where people can reach their highest potential. I don’t just want to host events; I want to create a legacy of intentional giving and direct impact.

Beth is a local Prescott Realtor and a mom to a busy teenager who thrives on staying connected to her community. For Beth, helping organize the Bloom & Borrow Brunch is a natural extension of her values—supporting local youth and creating positive, growth-oriented experiences for them is something that truly matters to her.
Her deeply caring nature and genuine heart for others shine through in the passion she brings to the planning committee at With Purpose AZ. Beth doesn't just check boxes; she invests her energy into ensuring every detail serves the greater good of our town.
When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll likely find Beth recharging on Prescott’s hiking trails or practicing yoga. She is a natural connector who loves bringing people together, and she is proud to be part of an effort that makes Prescott an even better place for families to grow and thrive.
Meet Darby, Public Relations Specialist & Outreach Advocate
Darby grew up in Phoenix before moving to Prescott five years ago for what she thought would be a temporary fresh start—but quickly fell in love with the community and knew she had found home. Over the years, Prescott has become a place of connection, growth, and purpose for her, shaped by the people, the pace of life, and the strong sense of belonging that makes this town so special.
With experience in public relations within the recovery community, Darby brings a thoughtful, people-centered perspective to the planning committee. Her background has helped her understand the importance of communication, inclusivity, and creating spaces where individuals feel seen and supported—skills she’s excited to contribute in a broader community setting.
Darby is passionate about health, wellness, and surrounding herself with like-minded people, regularly staying active at Planet Fitness and Fit Body. She spent four years as a server at Papa’s, where she built lasting relationships with coworkers and beloved regulars—an experience that deepened her appreciation for community connection. Now married and choosing to focus her time on giving back, Darby is grateful for the opportunity to support local efforts and help make Prescott an even stronger place to live.
